Cover Dimensions: 4″ Diameter (101.6mm). Compatible with ENERLITES Mounting Flanges, Part Numbers: 975509-C, 975518-C. For concrete slab, installations use ENLC00LR and ENLC001. Receptacle included. Meets 2017 NEC Article 406.12 for tamper-resistant outlets, UL listed.
