It also includes a mid-size wall plate (8832M-W) to complete look.
The included USB receptacle features 15A tamper-resistant duplex outlets, two USB-A ports, and one USB-C port that offer a combined output of 5.8A. It allows you to plug in up to three USB devices, adapter free, and without disrupting the regular outlets.
