Appears my battery is not longer holding a charge in the TGT01-H. No where on the website or the manual does it state if the battery is replaceable and if so which one?
Hi, Wayne. Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, the battery in the TGT01-H is not replaceable. In case of a battery issue and the TGT01-H is not functioning, the entire unit may need to be replaced.
If you just received the item, after connecting the device, allow up to 72 hours for it to power up, as outlined in the instruction manual.
