This countdown timer switch requires proper grounding to work. If there is no response, please verify the Ground wire connected to the countdown timer is properly grounded. Verify using a multimeter and test Hot to Ground; it should give you a reading of 110V or more. No multimeter? Please contact a licensed electrician to test your Ground wire for proper grounding.
