With a compact size of 4.00” x 1.40”, this duplex jack adapter is easy to install onto any decorator wall plate, though ENERLITES wall plates are recommended for the best fit and color match (sold separately). This RJ11 jack wall plate adapter is made from unbreakable Polycarbonate Thermoplastic and it features a smooth, flush finish for an elegant touch with a low profile design. This wall plate insert is white in color, but the 6503 is available in a range of colors to better match the wall plates and receptacles in your home. Matching mounting screws are included. This product is UL listed and includes a one-year warranty.
